Dr. Nancyver Lafleur-Omeler
DNP • FNP-BC • Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Nancyver Lafleur-Omeler, DNP, FNP-BC is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of comprehensive healthcare experience. She is dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that addresses the unique needs and overall well-being of each individual.
Her clinical expertise includes primary care for adults and older adults, chronic disease management (including hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid disorders), women’s health, and functional wellness. Dr. Lafleur-Omeler combines conventional medicine with a holistic, root-cause approach, empowering patients to take an active role in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
A proud member of the Leominster community, Dr. Lafleur-Omeler is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare and breaking down language barriers. She provides care in English, French, and Haitian Creole, and warmly welcomes Spanish-speaking patients.
Dr. Lafleur-Omeler is honored to serve veterans, military families, and the broader community through preventive, primary, and wellness-focused care. She is also a member of the North Central Massachusetts Development Corporation.
